During the Winter 2025/26 season, reservations are only required at the California Base Area lot on weekends and designated peak periods. We have many choices for guests who join us, with a mix of paid and free options across our resort and within the community.

Parking at the California Base Area during the winter season will require reservations with a fee of $20.00 during weekends and peak periods. Reservation Start Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025, and end Sunday, April 5, 2026. We define peak periods as:

• Christmas: Dec 22–26 (excluding Christmas Day), Dec 29–Jan 2

• MLK Day: Jan 19

• Presidents Week: Feb 16 & Feb 21 (Monday & Friday)

At our California Base Area lot, reservations will be required and there will be a fee of $20.00 for vehicles with 3 or fewer occupants before 11:30am on weekends, holidays, and peak periods. If you have 4+ people in a vehicle, you still need a reservation but there will be no fee to park during these times at the California Base Area. After 11:30am on peak period days, parking will be free, and no reservations are required.

The California Base Area will remain free without need for reservations Monday – Friday during the winter season (with the exception of peak periods). It will also be free (without reservations) after 11:30am on weekends and holidays/peak periods. Parking will be free, still with a reservation on weekends and peak periods if you have 4 or more in your car. We highly suggest carpooling!

Boulder Base Area and Stagecoach Base Area parking will remain free every day, including on weekdays, weekends, and peak periods.

Parking is unavailable on Ski Run Blvd, Saddle Rd, and Keller Rd.
